Sanctuary Estates is proud to announce the commencement of a ground-breaking construction project nestled in the stunning hills and valleys of North Wales in a designated Area of Natural Beauty (AONB). This ambitious venture will see the design and construction of two beautifully crafted wooden ‘A’ framed luxury lodges, to be built in the breath-taking natural surroundings of the Welsh valley high above Mold in the village of Nannerch. The lodges will be built with the finest materials and are meticulously designed to complement the landscape, ensuring they blend seamlessly into the environment.

The goal of the project is to offer luxury, alternative living spaces that celebrate the timeless arts, crafts, and skills of the owner, with each lodge meticulously crafted to reflect these traditions. The lodges will provide a unique opportunity for individuals to live and spend their leisure time in environmentally conscious, off-the-grid accommodation, allowing them to experience the ultimate escape into nature.

Sanctuary were the first to respond to my enquiries and did not disappoint. They solved the issue from the shower and repaired the plastering in the kitchen ceiling.
