They phoned before arriving to say they were on their way, work carried out the works to a high standard, very pleased with the finish and will use Alun & Team again for future jobs.
Very helpful from the start and was on hand at times when needed work doing quickly. Overall I would recommend Sanctuary to other people , the finished bathroom is excellent and would definitely use them again.
Perfect job extended a new kitchen area (renovating), plus added extensions for a dishwasher, fridge water/ice plumbing and also added a washing machine connection in the utility room. Plus new waste pipe holes through the wall. Very considerate and great job. Would recommend.

Sanctuary were the first to respond to my enquiries and did not disappoint. They solved the issue from the shower and repaired the plastering in the kitchen ceiling. Price for the work was agreed prior, and was reasonable considering all the work carried out – fixed leak, re-grouted shower and bathroom floor tiles and re-plastered hole in the kitchen. All done in a day or two. Very friendly, punctual and very good quality. They will be the first people I call if I need any future work carried out.
Just want to say the Sanctuary team did an excellent job refurbishing our offices prior to us moving in. They have continued to be always there if we needed them to undertake any maintenance work or to attend to any external or internal building issues and all the work has always been undertaken in a prompt and professional manner. Thank you Sanctuary for the completion of our wonderful new west wing of the house + all the associated kit out and finishing works. The team were on site everyday for what was a large project.
